To learn more about the variances, find our Facebook page at “MSOP Reform” and read our article “Creating Civil Commitment Chaos: How the MSOP is Taking Millions from the Taxpayers to Lock up People they Know are not Mentally Ill.” Then call the DHS Commissioner Jodi Harpstead to tell her to “expire the MSOP variances.”
