Ocala Police Officers responded to the scene. Edward Rogalski, 58, is a Florida Corrections inmate, and was being transported by U.S. Corrections employees to the Charlotte Correction Institute in a white van with 11 other inmates. (AP) – California is breaking the law by failing to include updates about sex offenders on its Megan’s Law website, leading some offenders to be targeted by vigilantes, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday. Tracy Lynn Bossie is charged with one count of assault with a weapon, a felony, for allegedly stabbing Wallace Bossie Jr. on Saturday.
